Mission

What you will drive

  • Translate GoodPower's program data and impact into compelling stories, reports, and communications for funders, board, media, and partners.
  • Manage executive communications for the CEO, including thought leadership content (LinkedIn posts, op-eds) and speaking engagements.
  • Lead funder communications, including a monthly newsletter, quarterly webinars, and impact updates to build trust and attract resources.
  • Support media and public relations by developing pitches, maintaining press lists, and creating white papers to amplify GoodPower's influence.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8-10+ years of experience in impact communications, funder engagement, or media/public relations, preferably in political or renewable energy fields.
  • Strong writing skills with ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences (funders, developers, elected officials, media).
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), web platforms (WordPress), and design tools (Canva).
  • Ability to synthesize complex information from multiple teams into cohesive narratives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
