Mission
What you will drive
- Design, implement, and strengthen program-specific MEL systems for the Digital Democracy Initiative (DDI) portfolio.
- Lead data-driven performance monitoring, outcome measurement, evaluation, and adaptive management processes.
- Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and evidence-informed decision-making, embedding partner-centered learning approaches and facilitating South-South knowledge exchange.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree or Diploma in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning, International Development, or equivalent; masterโs degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 5โ7 years' professional experience in MEAL, with at least 2โ3 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in result-based and participatory MEL approaches (e.g., Contribution Analysis, Outcome Harvesting).
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office (especially Excel, PowerBI, Smartsheet); familiarity with online M&E tools.
