Mission

What you will drive

  • Design, implement, and strengthen program-specific MEL systems for the Digital Democracy Initiative (DDI) portfolio.
  • Lead data-driven performance monitoring, outcome measurement, evaluation, and adaptive management processes.
  • Foster a culture of learning, accountability, and evidence-informed decision-making, embedding partner-centered learning approaches and facilitating South-South knowledge exchange.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or Diploma in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning, International Development, or equivalent; masterโ€™s degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5โ€“7 years' professional experience in MEAL, with at least 2โ€“3 years in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in result-based and participatory MEL approaches (e.g., Contribution Analysis, Outcome Harvesting).
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Office (especially Excel, PowerBI, Smartsheet); familiarity with online M&E tools.
