Impact and Accountability Officer-EU Projects

• Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive MEAL System tailored to EU grant management standards for EU SEE and SGUO projects.
• Lead the adoption of advanced data analytics, automation, and data science techniques to enhance MEAL activities.
• Promote data literacy, knowledge management, learning, and adaptive management among consortium members and partners.
• Ensure organizational learning and constituency accountability practices are embedded in project implementation.

This role strengthens civil society by ensuring effective monitoring, evaluation, and accountability of EU-funded projects, thereby enhancing transparency, learning, and the power of people to organize for positive change.

• Bachelor's degree in MEAL-related field (master's strongly preferred) and minimum 5 years' professional experience in MEAL, with at least 3 years supporting EU-funded projects.
• Strong knowledge of EU grant management requirements, donor compliance, reporting standards, and Results-Oriented Monitoring principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R, SurveyCTO, KoboToolbox, Power BI, SmartSheets, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic is an advantage.
