Impact Accelerator Program

• Participate in 1.5-hour weekly cohort sessions with 5 experienced professionals and a trained facilitator
• Complete structured content including a guided workbook with reading materials and action steps
• Access and engage with a global network of professionals through 1:1s and community sessions
• Develop and implement a personalized impact plan for career transition

This program helps experienced professionals transition into high-impact careers by providing evidence-based tools and community support, enabling them to create positive change through their work.

• Mid-career or senior professional with at least 5 years of work experience
• Not currently working in a high-impact role but seeking to maximize career potential
• Motivated and results-driven with contemplation about doing the most good
• Available to commit up to 5 hours per week for 6 weeks (1.5 hours cohort meetings, 2-3 hours reading/action, 30 minutes 1:1 meetups)
