ICT Specialist

Core responsibilities:

• Provide first point of contact for all support issues for end-user technical support, maximizing the end user's experience
• Maintain site servers, network equipment, telephony, desktop hardware and peripherals through installation, troubleshooting, and repair
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of users at office and field sites while ensuring outstanding customer service
• Document all support calls for systems performance and metrics reporting, and ensure compliance with global standards
