Mission
What you will drive
About
The iCons Head Manager will be responsible for the operational aspect of the iCon service and staff.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and supervising the staff
- Staff hiring, training, scheduling of working hours, and discipline
- Liaising between EngSoc and the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science
- Maintaining an annual budget and strategic plan to be presented to EngSoc and the Faculty
- Payroll for employees and remitting taxes

Reporting Structure
Reports to:
- Engineering Society Director of Educational Services
- Engineering Society Vice-President (Operations)
Work Term
May 1st, 2026 to April 30th, 2027
Note: This is not a paid position during the summer, however, a strategic plan and budget must be created during the summer.
Compensation
- Salary: $160 per week (Salaried)
- Time Commitment: 10 hours expected per week
- Salary is non-negotiable
