HV/TST Assistant Superintendent (Remote - Travel Required)

• Plan, organize, and direct construction and maintenance activities for structures, facilities, and systems to ensure successful project completion
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
• Recruit, organize, train, direct, and coordinate field construction teams including subcontractor's direct hire work
• Prepare and maintain CPM job schedules, order materials and tools, and ensure work quality by setting standards for quality control

This role contributes to the construction and maintenance of utility solar, high voltage substation, and energy storage systems across North America, supporting the transition to renewable energy infrastructure.

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience (2-4 years as General Foreman)
• Extensive field construction experience at supervisory level
• Current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification, or achievement within six months of hire
• Working knowledge of all crafts, ability to read specifications for all trades, and knowledge of OSHA laws, job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control
