HV Training and Technical Support Specialist (Remote)

• Develop HV Technical Training Material in collaboration with Technical Support Supervisor and other SOLV Employees
• Support the OCC with Power Systems Analysis and Operational guidance as needed
• Provide On-Call HV Support and daytime HV Support to OCC and Field Technicians
• Support, prepare, and present RCA findings for equipment failures and Corrective Actions for Human Performance issues

This role supports the design, building, and maintenance of utility scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects nationwide, contributing to renewable energy infrastructure development.

• 10+ Years of Testing and Commissioning Experience
• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop others and recognize work hazards
• Effective computer operation skills and ability to operate system testing applications
