HV Project Manager

• Manage overall substation construction/operation from kickoff to energization, ensuring successful project execution.
• Oversee substation budget, procurement, subcontractors, and schedule tracking.
• Lead utility coordination, relay testing, and energization readiness reviews.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce practices around energized high-voltage equipment.

This role enables the successful delivery of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, contributing to the transition to renewable energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in substation design, construction, or commissioning of utility-scale high-voltage (69kV to 500kV) systems.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary substation projects through full lifecycle.
• Familiarity with substation components: transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, grounding, protection & control, SCADA.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred; NFPA 70E 'Qualified Person' preferred.
