Mission
What you will drive
- Monitor operating environments, identify threats, assess vulnerabilities, and recommend proactive responses to enable safe humanitarian access.
- Lead development of access strategies, negotiate with authorities and armed groups, and deliver training on humanitarian access.
- Manage safety and security risks, implement security standards, and support incident management and crisis response.
- Strengthen capacity of local partners on risk management and access negotiation.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Advanced university degree (Masterโs) in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years in international humanitarian assistance with proven track record in security management and humanitarian access in complex crises.
- Deep understanding of IHL, humanitarian principles, security risk management with gender and conflict sensitivity.
- Fluent English and French mandatory; strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
