Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will partner with management and employees, providing proactive guidance and counsel in the following areas:

• Employee relations, workforce planning and retention, recruiting, talent management, and HR-related legal compliance
• Execute people initiatives, provide outstanding internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement
• Build effective relationships with employees and business leaders and provide seamless strategic and transactional HR support
• Serve as employee and business advocate by providing day-to-day coaching and guidance to management and employees

This role supports Clearway Energy Group's mission to lead the transition to a world powered by clean energy by ensuring effective HR operations that enable organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• 3+ years of human resources experience in a generalist/specialist function in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
• 2+ years of recent experience analyzing and resolving employee issues, providing advice and counseling to managers and supervisors
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
