Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Define, adapt, plan and supervise the implementation of human resources policies in the Mission, ensuring alignment with context, operational challenges, and strategic HR
  • Contribute to mission objectives definition and strategic plans as an active member of the Mission Coordination Team
  • Ensure proper management of HR across the mission and assume full responsibility for all administrative and legal issues
  • Supervise all human resources and administration team in capital and provide expertise to coordinators on HR management

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Essential degree in HR management or administration related studies
  • Essential working experience of at least three years in relevant and similar jobs at management or coordination level in an NGO
  • Essential working experience with an International Organization at field level in humanitarian contexts
  • Essential high command of French and English languages (Spanish or Arabic languages are an asset)
