Human Resources Associate - Talent Acquisition Recruiter

• Play a crucial role in global talent attraction and acquisition processes by identifying and engaging with active and passive candidates for niche hiring needs
• Drive the end-to-end hiring process including drafting Terms of Reference, building qualified talent pools, executing assessments and interviews, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding
• Leverage data to drive continuous improvement and innovation to recruitment processes including tools, methodologies, and procedures
• Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team by ensuring the integrity and impartiality of the selection process

This role contributes to improving lives in Latin America and the Caribbean by helping build diverse and highly qualified teams that drive economic and social development throughout the region.

• Master's degree or equivalent advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other relevant fields
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in an HR function, preferably in an international setting
• Experience recruiting for high-volume organizations, agencies, or executive search with excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
• Proficiency in English (required) and Spanish, French or Portuguese (highly desired)
