What you will drive
- Conduct an accelerated discovery, audit, and recommendations for optimizing Elemental Impact's HubSpot platform, including CRM architecture, workflows, data governance, and integrations.
- Develop a prioritized roadmap for improvement and deliver a recommendations package with current-state assessment, implementation steps, and documentation/training recommendations.
- Optionally implement approved recommendations, including workflow builds, data cleanup, automation configuration, reporting improvements, and system optimization.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience in HubSpot consulting, CRM architecture, workflow optimization, and data governance.
- Experience supporting nonprofit or mission-driven organizations using HubSpot beyond traditional sales functions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI-enabled CRM workflows, Splash integrations, and event systems.
