HR Team Lead

Core responsibilities for the HR Team Lead position:

• Supervising the People Operations team and setting clear daily operational objectives
• Overseeing team activities, including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, service-ticket handling and monthly payroll input
• Monitoring HR administration and employee-data services across multiple countries through system checks and routine audits
• Leading or supporting HR projects, including new system implementations and process improvements to increase efficiency

This role ensures high-quality HR service delivery in a global environment by managing accurate employee data and supporting people development, contributing to efficient operations that enable the organization's mission.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in HR operations, HR administration or employee-data management
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with HR systems and data
• Ability to monitor performance indicators, identify issues and follow through on actions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across several countries
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
