HR Systems Analyst II (Workday Payroll & Time Tracking)

The HR Systems Analyst II will:

• Serve as a liaison between HR Systems team and Corporate/Field HR business teams to provide systems support and analysis
• Lead, evaluate, analyze, design, and implement complex projects within the Workday application
• Make alterations and configurations to systems while gathering requirements from end users
• Act as a liaison between vendor technical support and Republic Services

This role supports Republic Services' environmental mission by ensuring efficient HR systems that enable the company's 41,000 team members to focus on creating a more sustainable world through waste management, recycling, and environmental solutions.

Required qualifications include:

• Minimum of 3 years of in-depth, hands-on HR Systems administration, support, design, implementation and reporting experience
• Experience with Workday configuration and system development life cycle
• High level expertise and complex configuration experience within Workday
• PC software knowledge including Excel complex formulas, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
