What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead organization-wide recruitment strategy and selection processes for MCC vacancies globally
- Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) translation support for HR department communications, policies, and forms
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes and support candidates from offer acceptance through start date
- Attend recruitment events and represent MCC to diverse stakeholders

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or related work (or higher education if no experience)
- Excellent Spanish and English communication skills, both written and oral, with translation experience
- Proficiency in Office Suite and electronic communication with technical aptitude
- Demonstrated relationship skills, critical evaluation abilities, and attention to detail
- Commitment to Christian faith, active church membership, and nonviolent peacemaking
