About

The HR Process & System Superuser role at Environmental Resources Manage is a key position that requires expertise in Workday HCM and Recruitment modules.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert on Workday HCM and Recruitment modules; be the go-to person on any Workday related queries within the EMEA HR team, providing training as needed
  • Manage regional testing and champion the changes being requested for EMEA. Play the role of a central focal point to lead, manage and track testing, driving toward a positive outcome through hands on interaction with the system, other testers and the Workday development team
  • Own the accuracy of all data entered into HR systems by conducting regular system audits, overseeing admin-team data checks, and ensuring issues are resolved promptly; implement configuration changes or targeted training to prevent reoccurrence
  • Champion Workday as the system of truth for employee data at ERM

  • Experience of standard operational challenges such as data accuracy, user adoption and adherence to processes
