Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with focus on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations; HR certification is a plus.
