  • Design and oversee end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
  • Drive global standardization of HR processes, workflows, and data standards while enabling local variations.
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives, vendor management, and system integrations to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8โ€“12+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Analytics.
  • Strong expertise in HRIS platforms such as HiBob, Workday, Rippling, or SAP.
  • Proven experience managing global HR systems and multi-country operations, including vendor management across payroll and benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights; experience driving process standardization and system implementations.
