What you will drive
- Own and manage the global HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and scalability across 10 countries.
- Design and oversee end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
- Drive global standardization of HR processes, workflows, and data standards while enabling local variations.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives, vendor management, and system integrations to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8โ12+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Analytics.
- Strong expertise in HRIS platforms such as HiBob, Workday, Rippling, or SAP.
- Proven experience managing global HR systems and multi-country operations, including vendor management across payroll and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights; experience driving process standardization and system implementations.
