HR Manager

Core responsibilities for this HR Manager role:

• Provides human resources advice and consultation to employees and management, including coaching and counseling on performance management issues, conflict management, and policy interpretation
• Implements, disseminates, and monitors company policies, programs and procedures in training, compensation, compliance, and benefits to attract, retain, and motivate employees
• Oversees recording and maintenance of employee information, including personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations
• Monitors division compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

This role supports Republic Services' mission to create a more sustainable world by ensuring effective human resources management that enables the company's environmental services operations and sustainability initiatives.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of directly applicable experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager involved in all aspects of HR
• High school diploma or G.E.D. (minimum requirement)
• Ability to impact and influence all levels of the Company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
