Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR Administration and Development activities in CIMMYT's India Country Office, from hiring to retiring of Locally Recruited Staff members.
- Provide professional HR advice to Program leaders/Unit heads on strategic staffing and staff development mechanisms.
- Conduct recruitment processes in compliance with CIMMYT's policies and procedures, including organizing interviews, offer letters, and onboarding processes.
- Administer staff benefits programs locally provided to staff, including reviewing and approving benefits entitlements.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience working with multi-location or international organizations preferred.
