Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR Administration and Development activities in CIMMYT's India Country Office, from hiring to retiring of Locally Recruited Staff members.
  • Provide professional HR advice to Program leaders/Unit heads on strategic staffing and staff development mechanisms.
  • Conduct recruitment processes in compliance with CIMMYT's policies and procedures, including organizing interviews, offer letters, and onboarding processes.
  • Administer staff benefits programs locally provided to staff, including reviewing and approving benefits entitlements.

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience working with multi-location or international organizations preferred.
