HR Head

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead recruitment, talent development, performance management, and employee relations
• Foster a positive organizational culture promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and implement best HR practices

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience or senior HR leadership role
• Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD)
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India
