What you will drive

Core Responsibilities

  • Provides human resources consultation and guidance to managers and business unit employees regarding performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and policy interpretation
  • Oversees onboarding processes, monitors temporary labor utilization, and ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Facilitates performance management, talent assessments, compensation planning, and employee engagement events
  • Conducts investigations when necessary and ensures proper maintenance of confidential employee information

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience with emphasis on employee relations and/or recruiting activities
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws including Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act
  • Experience with performance management, talent assessment, and compensation planning
