HR Generalist

Core responsibilities:

• Design, manage, and continuously improve HR programs across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and the full employee lifecycle
• Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and guidance, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace
• Lead performance review cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and development planning
• Maintain accurate, compliant HR operations using modern HRIS tools, reporting, and documentation

This role helps build the people systems, culture, and capabilities that enable long-run value creation for a mission-driven organization at the intersection of technology and energy infrastructure, supporting growth, engagement, and performance while ensuring equity, integrity, and collaboration.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience operating as a hands-on HR Generalist in fast-paced, growing organizations, with exposure to technology, energy, or infrastructure-driven environments
• Proven ability to support full-cycle HR operations, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and learning initiatives
• Strong HRIS administration, reporting, and documentation skills, with comfort using data to inform decisions

Total Compensation: $130,000-$175,000 (base salary + bonus in USD)
