Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and translating business goals into HR priorities.
- Partner with Hub HR Business Partner to implement HR priorities covering culture, people, and organization, utilizing existing HR solutions or providing new ones where appropriate.
- Advise and coach management on HR-related strategic and operational matters to develop and implement people strategies, and liaison with stakeholders in hiring and employee development initiatives.
- Execute all HR processes within area of responsibility, including:
- Workforce planning
- Succession planning
- Performance management
- Talent management
- Remuneration
- Workforce reduction

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Required bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Overall 6 to 12 years of experience in HR with minimum of 4 years as HR Business Partner in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Strong experience in a global organization with progressive human resources responsibility and experience dealing with different stakeholder groups in a multinational enterprise.
- Initiative paired with strong communication and influencing skills, ability to partner with senior managers, and self-confident personality with intercultural affinity.
