HR Business Partner

Core responsibilities for this HR Business Partner role include:

• Drive business success through people, culture, and leadership by working closely with manufacturing leadership teams
• Design and deliver meaningful HR strategies across the business in collaboration with leadership and global HR teams
• Influence, coach, and engage senior leaders to ensure clear accountability across all business functions
• Advocate for leadership behaviors and drive positive change while inspiring others

Required qualifications and experience:

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience
• Proven experience in business partnering at senior levels and developing people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Experience with HR practices, employment law, and delivering HR strategies in complex matrix structures
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience with industrial relations, managing trade union relationships, workplace conflict, and collective bargaining
