HR Business Partner

Implement the assigned parts of the project within his/her unit/department, in keeping with established procedure, facilitating compliance with established deadlines and coordinating the necessary resources (human and material), so as to contribute to significantly improving the project.

• Manage or carry out work across different sub-families of human resources in the reference organizational unit
• Coordinate programs and policies for development, compliance, and general business support including selection, onboarding, terminations, and reports
• Handle employee relations and communications, compensation programs, relocation, migration, and training services
• Oversee recruitment, talent and performance management, skills development, and human resources information systems (HRIS)

This role contributes to building regenerative infrastructure that creates a positive impact on society and helps design a better planet by promoting sustainable development and finding solutions to global challenges including climate change, overpopulation, and water scarcity.

• Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration (BBA), Law, or related humanities/social sciences field
• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Leadership, or Organizational Development and Talent Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar HR roles
• C1 level English proficiency and strong understanding of business and organizational strategy
