- Translate strategy into actionable deliverables for day-to-day HR activity
- Develop and implement people plans, initiatives, and processes while building and supporting high-performing teams

What makes you a great fit
- Degree in HR/Business related field or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with ability to form successful working relationships quickly across all levels
- Strong experience with employee relations and employment law including trade unions
- Good system knowledge (Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- Experience working within a sales/service or engineering environment
- Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and critical thinking
