  • Ensure successful implementation of people strategy based on business priorities across functional areas and Regional Business Units
  • Translate strategy into actionable deliverables for day-to-day HR activity
  • Develop and implement people plans, initiatives, and processes while building and supporting high-performing teams
  • Coach managers to improve their leadership impact and enable them to resolve complex employee cases

What makes you a great fit

  • Degree in HR/Business related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with ability to form successful working relationships quickly across all levels
  • Strong experience with employee relations and employment law including trade unions
  • Good system knowledge (Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Experience working within a sales/service or engineering environment
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and critical thinking
