What you will drive
- Contribute to HR operations across onboarding, compliance checks, recruitment support, HR systems, casual worker administration, and HR governance
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administration to deliver effective HR services to IDS employees
- Work towards a nationally recognised Level 5 People Professional qualification through structured learning and practical experience
