HR Apprentice

• Contribute to HR operations across onboarding, compliance checks, recruitment support, HR systems, casual worker administration, and HR governance
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administration to deliver effective HR services to IDS employees
• Work towards a nationally recognised Level 5 People Professional qualification through structured learning and practical experience

Salary: £24,479 per annum. Fixed-term contract from 01 April 2026 to 30 April 2028. Hybrid working supported after initial induction period. Structured apprenticeship program with protected learning time, workplace mentor, and nationally recognised qualification through Chichester College Group.
