  • Support the delivery and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Assist the regional HR Advisory team with their client groups' people matters across the employee lifecycle
  • Support Employee Relations cases, ensuring adherence to group policy and local requirements
  • Assist the HR Advisory team with the management of the organisation's talent lifecycle process
