HR Administrator - UKG

Core responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data, efficient reporting, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Support HR operations by optimizing system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and providing data-driven insights to improve workforce management in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates, and maintain security protocols for user access and sensitive information.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and train HR staff and managers on system changes and best practices.

This role supports grid modernization and energy transition by ensuring reliable, high-quality products that power homes, businesses, and communities across North America, contributing to resilient, sustainable power infrastructure for the future.

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Human Resources or business preferred.
• 2–4 years of HR administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Human Resources processes and procedures, and HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, critical thinking, and process improvement skills.
