What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data, efficient reporting, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Support HR operations by optimizing system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and providing data-driven insights to improve workforce management in a manufacturing environment.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates, and maintain security protocols for user access and sensitive information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and train HR staff and managers on system changes and best practices.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills, experience, qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree or certificate in Human Resources or business preferred.
- 2โ4 years of HR administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Human Resources processes and procedures, and HR systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, critical thinking, and process improvement skills.
