Mission
What you will drive
- Conduct energy audits of existing homes to identify energy efficiency and electrification opportunities.
- Use software to quantify savings and produce reports documenting recommendations, including building electrification opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service during and after audits, listening to customer needs and answering questions.
- Ensure recommendations comply with program requirements for incentives and rebates.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 1 year of experience working in energy efficiency; BPI certification preferred.
- Strong math skills with excellent understanding of geometry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with utility program offerings and analyzing usage patterns; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and modeling software preferred.
