Home Energy Specialist

• Conduct energy audits of existing homes to identify energy efficiency and electrification opportunities.
• Use software to quantify savings and produce reports documenting recommendations, including building electrification opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service during and after audits, listening to customer needs and answering questions.
• Ensure recommendations comply with program requirements for incentives and rebates.

This role directly contributes to decarbonization and climate action by helping homeowners reduce energy use and transition to electrification, supporting a just and equitable transition to a low-carbon economy.

• At least 1 year of experience working in energy efficiency; BPI certification preferred.
• Strong math skills with excellent understanding of geometry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with utility program offerings and analyzing usage patterns; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and modeling software preferred.
