Home Efficiency Advocate (GA)

The Home Efficiency Advocate will work with customers to identify and implement energy-saving solutions in their homes. This role will involve conducting in-home energy assessments, providing personalized recommendations, and helping customers access available rebates and incentives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, GA, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

As a Tetra Home Efficiency Advocate, you'll help homeowners save money and energy while building a rewarding career in clean technology sales.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. environmental science, engineering, or a related field). 2+ years of experience in a related field (e.g. energy efficiency, customer service, or sales). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Hourly base pay plus commission for each qualified appointment.
• On target earnings $60,000.
• Paid training on HVAC systems, customer engagement, and energy efficiency.
