Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the design, coordination, and technical oversight of high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) systems across solar, wind, and battery storage projects
- Drive utility interconnection, optimize substation and transmission designs, and support projects from early development through financing, construction, and commissioning
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, design criteria, standards, and EPC technical exhibits
- Work cross-functionally with Development, Permitting, Construction, Finance, Operations, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8-10 years total experience, including ≥4 years in clean energy project development and ≥4 years leading HV substation/collector design (345-500 kV)
- Strong understanding of HV transmission, substation equipment, MV distribution, metering, relaying, and SCADA/plant controllers
- Experience managing interconnection study processes in ERCOT and CAISO, with ability to review and challenge study results
- Advanced knowledge of steady-state modeling tools such as ETAP, SKP, or DigSILENT
