Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage and support the HEDEX platform, including content management, backend maintenance, and coordination with developers.
  • Execute communications strategies to drive user engagement, grow subscriber base, and manage digital presence across social media, newsletters, and content distribution.
  • Foster partner relationships with stakeholders, coordinate cross-team alignment, and support HEDEX ambassadors with talking points and slide decks.
  • Oversee event logistics for virtual and in-person events, including Innovation Sprints and live demonstrations, and track engagement metrics for reporting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience in civic engagement networks or projects and representing work publicly in person or in digital spaces.
  • Project management experience with multiple stakeholders; self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Strong writer with excellent interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (Asana preferred).
  • Understanding of civic/democratic engagement and higher education; analytical skills to interpret user data and make recommendations.
