Core responsibilities of the Healthcare Associate:

  • Scope positions with clients through site visits and meetings to gather essential information about roles, organizational challenges, and client ambitions
  • Develop deep and diverse candidate pools through exhaustive research, networking strategies, and persuasive communications using proprietary databases
  • Evaluate potential candidates through credential assessment and in-depth phone interviews, maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates
  • Present candidate pools to clients via meetings and documents, managing knowledge flow and overseeing candidate information to clients

Required qualifications and characteristics:

  • Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree in healthcare practice desirable) with 2-8 years of progressively responsible professional experience
  • Understanding of healthcare organizational dynamics and challenges; experience in research, administration, nursing, public health, or healthcare exposure
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with maturity and discretion in maintaining confidential relationships
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines consistently
