What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy to integrate clubfoot screening and treatment into national health systems
  • Provide technical support to ensure advocacy and integration initiatives are coordinated, evidence-based, and adapted to each country's context
  • Build strong government and civil society partnerships to ensure sustainable access to clubfoot treatment through public health systems
  • Support the design and implementation of MiracleFeet's advocacy and integration strategy, utilizing sectoral best practice

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in advocacy, health systems strengthening, or policy engagement in multiple low- or middle-income countries
  • Proven experience securing government support for health or social programs in LMICs
  • Advanced degree in Public Health, Social Policy, International Development, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic
  • Experience working with or engaging Ministries of Health or other high level government institutions
