Health Engagement Manager (North)

About the Role

The Health Engagement Manager (North) will play a crucial role in building relationships with key stakeholders and driving change to deliver strategic outcomes for Teenage Cancer Trust services in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders including NHS organizations, clinical teams, and national/regional charities to influence and build relationships
• Form, develop, and evaluate new partnerships to drive change and deliver strategic outcomes
• Measure service outcomes and provide evidence of quality, impact, and cost effectiveness for Teenage Cancer Trust services in the region
• Create robust service delivery plans to improve outcomes and reduce inequity for young people with cancer

This role creates positive change by improving outcomes and reducing inequity for young people with cancer through strategic partnerships, service delivery planning, and evidence-based impact measurement.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Excellent influencing and relationship skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of forming, developing, and evaluating new partnerships
• Expert understanding in measuring service outcomes and providing evidence of quality, impact, and cost effectiveness
• Ability to work strategically to create service delivery plans that improve outcomes and reduce inequity

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: £44,505 per annum
• 25 days annual leave (increases with service) plus bank holidays
• 3-4 day Christmas closure
