Mission

What you will drive

  • Continually promote our health & safety ethos and culture at all levels in the Company.
  • Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies, procedures, and management systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate potential safety issues.
  • Develop and deliver health and safety training for colleagues, ensuring that all personnel are engaged, understand their responsibilities and are competent to perform their duties safely.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety.
  • Proven experience in a health and safety advisory role.
  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety legislation, regulations, and standards applicable to the Energy sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
