Head of Ukraine and CEE Marketplace

Core responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing business and operations strategy for the Ukrainian and CEE markets (supply, marketing, PR, GR)
• Owning P&L of the region to ensure sustainable and profitable growth
• Managing the local customer success (account managers) and customer support (technicians) teams
• Shaping supply acquisition and discount strategies for the country

This role creates positive change by leading sustainable mobility solutions in Ukraine and CEE through carpooling and bus travel, reducing individual car usage and promoting community-based transportation.

Required qualifications:

• ~7+ years of experience with business development within the mobility sector
• Strong analytics, business acumen, and leadership skills
• Master negotiations with various stakeholders (carriers, authorities)
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian
• Experience managing teams and understanding P&L management
