Head of the Payroll Administration Unit

• Lead the Payroll Administration Unit, ensuring delivery of high-quality pension payroll services to Co-ordinated and non-Co-ordinated Organisations
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of monthly pension payments for over 11,000 beneficiaries across multiple currencies and jurisdictions
• Define, interpret, and maintain control framework, policies and procedures governing pension payroll, ensuring compliance with OECD and international regulatory requirements
• Promote long-term strategic planning for evolution of payroll systems, including integration of advanced technologies to enhance service delivery

This role ensures the financial security of over 11,000 pension beneficiaries across international organisations, promoting economic stability and well-being for retired staff who have contributed to global policy development.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll administration, pension management, or financial operations within international or public sector organisations
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and coaching teams
• MBA or Advanced university degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Advanced proficiency in payroll systems and financial management tools, with excellent knowledge of SAP BO and good knowledge of SAGE or equivalent interbank transfer systems

Monthly salary starts at 10,700.33 EUR, plus allowances based on eligibility, exempt of French income tax. Open-ended appointment with no foreseen end date.
