Head of Technology

• Develop and implement the company's overall technology vision and strategic direction, ensuring it supports business objectives.
• Oversee product development and launch of new software or hardware solutions to support customer requirements, sales accuracy, and ongoing asset management and performance.
• Identify and evaluate the latest technologies, assessing their potential for strategic advantage and business impact.
• Hire, develop, and lead high-performing technical teams across software, digital, and infrastructure engineering disciplines.

This role drives the development of sustainable energy solutions like battery storage and microgrids, helping large organizations achieve their energy goals more economically and sustainably while reducing environmental impact.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive role within the energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
• Strong background in product management, including requirements gathering, software design, product roadmap, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of energy systems, infrastructure technologies, and digital tools that support asset management, optimization and performance.
