• Build Rainmaker's recruiting engine: the system that hires exceptional technical, scientific, and operational talent with an extraordinary bar of excellence.
• Own sourcing strategy and proactive pipeline-building for every critical role.
• Design and run rigorous, evidence-based hiring processes including structured interview loops, calibrated debriefs, and disciplined closes.
• Own the candidate experience from first contact through signed offer, and protect Rainmaker's hiring bar and culture.

By building a rigorous recruiting engine, you will enable Rainmaker to hire exceptional people consistently, directly contributing to the company's mission of mitigating water scarcity and inclement weather through advanced cloud seeding technology.

• 5+ years of experience leading recruiting or talent acquisition in a high-growth company, with a track record of building a recruiting function.
• Demonstrated ability to hire hard-to-find talent in competitive markets across multiple domains (engineering, hardware, science, research, operations, senior leadership).
• Deep fluency in structured, evidence-based hiring (scorecards, signal-owned interview loops, calibrated debriefs).
• Strong sourcing and closing instincts, including proactive pipeline-building and offer risk management.
