• Design and continuously improve the end-to-end fellow selection system to identify exceptional scientific founders.
• Translate pipeline data into insights on emerging science and innovation trends to shape impact strategy.
• Productize the pipeline by designing scalable tools, workflows, and data systems, and explore new offerings like reports and decision-support tools.

This role enables Activate to identify and support exceptional scientific founders, accelerating the translation of research into market solutions that address critical challenges, thereby creating positive environmental and societal impact.

• Product and systems thinking: experience turning ambiguous raw material into structured systems or offerings.
• Data and insight orientation: ability to translate messy data into structured insights and ensure data integrity.
• Scientific curiosity: deep comfort engaging with technical communities; advanced training in science or engineering is a plus.
• Stakeholder leadership: ability to align diverse internal teams toward a shared vision.
