Head of Talent and Network

Core responsibilities:

• Build and steward a high-trust network of top researchers, technologists, and founders to accelerate their progress and impact
• Identify exceptional talent and develop targeted outreach strategies for frontier AI researchers, philosophers, and founders
• Assess candidates and connect them with appropriate opportunities across the Cosmos ecosystem
• Manage the network operating system, tracking metrics and automating workflows to optimize engagement

This role creates positive change by accelerating the progress and impact of top researchers, technologists, and founders working on frontier AI and related fields, helping them connect with appropriate opportunities and build a supportive community.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in talent identification and outreach strategies
• Ability to assess candidates and connect them with opportunities
