Head of Sustainalytics Sales, Americas

• Lead all commercial activity for Sustainalytics across the Americas region, delivering net revenue targets for both regional and US-based global account books.
• Define and execute territory and account plans, manage quarterly sales execution, and ensure pipeline discipline.
• Lead the Americas pod, fostering collaboration between sales, client success, product specialists, and marketing.
• Build and develop high-performing sales teams, coaching on performance and professional growth.

This role drives the adoption of ESG and climate solutions among institutional investors, enabling capital allocation towards sustainable and responsible investments, thereby fostering positive environmental and social change.

• Minimum 10 years of sales/sales leadership experience in financial services.
• Proven track record of exceeding B2B sales targets.
• Experience managing teams with regional and global/matrixed account structures.
• Strong people leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of ESG market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.

Total base pay range: $179,000 - $322,000 + 66% annual individual target.
