Mission
What you will drive
- Support the design and oversee delivery of C40's overarching fundraising strategy, both short-term and long-term.
- Lead fundraising efforts on strategic priorities, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective funders.
- Oversee the annual and monthly work plan of the fundraising team, ensuring clarity of deliverables, deadlines, roles and responsibilities.
- Strengthen and maintain the C40 funder database/CRM system (Salesforce) and support internal communications to build a culture of philanthropy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Fundraising experience required, preferably in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English) and strong interpersonal/networking skills, particularly with senior executives.
- Experience using and managing a CRM database (Salesforce) and conducting robust due diligence around prospective funders.
- Line management experience essential; experience in climate, environment or sustainability preferred.

Salary: UK GBP ยฃ77,795 gross per annum (spot salary model).
