Head of Service & Operations

• Lead the strategy and day-to-day delivery of Aggreko's global IT infrastructure and service operations, including the service desk, ensuring technology enables people to do their best work.
• Guide the evolution of network, cloud, data centre, and end-user computing platforms to ensure they are secure, reliable, scalable, and future-proof.
• Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse global team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service.
• Establish clear governance and ways of working with Enterprise Architecture and IT Security, maintaining ISO27001 certification and supporting SOX compliance.

This role helps ensure Aggreko's technology foundations are secure, reliable, and scalable, supporting the company's mission to provide energy solutions that help businesses grow and communities thrive toward a sustainable future.
