Required skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years in senior sales roles, ideally within packaging, FMCG and B2B
  • Strong P&L management and strategic decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and consumer markets
  • Experience in Integrated Business Planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain alignment
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce
