Required skills and qualifications:
- 10+ years in senior sales roles, ideally within packaging, FMCG and B2B
- Strong P&L management and strategic decision-making skills
- Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and consumer markets
- Experience in Integrated Business Planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain alignment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce
